Our commitment
Providing the means to collect and recycle mobile phones is making a world of difference for our customers and the environment. We promise to always search for solutions to generate value for both. Today, used mobile phone product exported are re-engineered providing an 85% reuse for the purpose of which the product was originally intended. Any surplus product not returned to a working category are stripped for parts to assist the correction of future faulty products. Any scrap that exists after the surplus product is stripped is disposed of in conjunction with government environmental requirements relating to the business that owns the product and the country that business operates in.

We will maintain and continuously improve our comprehensive Environmental Management System to ensure a high standard of operations, and commit to the prevention of pollution of all types. We will efficiently and effectively identify and resolve any potential environmental hazards associated with our operation.

We will maintain and communicate our environmental goals, objectives, practices and procedures to all Peak Return Solutions associates and suppliers and will comply with all applicable regulatory requirements and other requirements to which we may subscribe. We will coach our associates on the environmental aspects of our business and their responsibilities related to environmental management.

We will review our policy regularly, make it available to the public, and audit our processes to continually improve our environmental performance.
